I'm super disappointed in the entire process. I dreaded. Disabling Norton isn't going to stop it from integrating with other applications. A good test to see if it is caused by the suite or any other external application is to start Windows in Safe Mode or to completely uninstall Norton just for testing, you can then decide whether to reinstall it or to use another security suite.
